Design of Smart Building System and Monitoring Using IoT

The paper mainly focuses on saving energy by cutting down the unwanted consumption of energy. The paper discusses the system which can be operated by itself without the intervention of humans. It can be implemented in organizations as well in public areas. It reduces the consumption of power whenever it is not required. The main idea of this paper is to automate the devices and the ability to make their decisions on their own based on their surroundings. This proposed system will reduce the amount of energy used in a room's lighting while still providing efficient lighting. It decides on its own based on the sunlight availability in the room. Similarly for remaining devices can able to make their decisions based on the different factors provided. Another advancement is it can count the number of visitors and issue the warning mentioned. Similarly, we can implement in operating the fans, doors, etc. The above-collected data can be monitored by using the IoT cloud. These all are implemented altogether to make it more efficient. It works as per the algorithm designed for that specific purpose and can able to make changes depending on the scale of the application. Our proposed system will reduce the consumption of the power and automates the daily routine things based on the requirements specified
