Modeling and Control Strategy Simulation of Automated DCC Bridge

The direct current comparator (DCC) bridge is a measuring device for resistance dissemination of the value of quantity. It has developed from semi-automatic to digital automatic in decades. The control algorithm is the critical part of the fast convergence of the balance session. The DCC bridge dual balance control model is established to verify the control algorithm. According to the fluxgate principle, this paper mathematically analyzes the DCC bridge's voltage-controlled current source and magnetic modulator and builds the bridge model in MATLAB. Simulation results show that the convergence time of the model is 0.37 seconds, which can provide a platform for verifying control algorithm design.
