The Application of NLP Technology In Customer Voice Analysis

Voice of the Customer (VoC) is an important part of providing value to customers and achieving customer satisfaction, and is usually stored in the form of unstructured text. The massive unstructured text is unacceptable in terms of time simply by relying on human processing. How to efficiently mine meaningful information from complex data is the key to customer voice analysis. This paper expounds two methods for processing customer voices using NLP methods.
