Concatenated Reed-Solomon and Polarization-Adjusted Convolutional (PAC) Codes

Two concatenated coding schemes incor-porating algebraic Reed-Solomon (RS) codes and polarization-adjusted convolutional (PAC) codes are pro-posed. Simulation results show that at a bit error rate of 10
