Research on energy conversion of triboelectric nanogenerator based on multi-channel switched capacitor array circuit

Aiming at the problem of low energy conversion efficiency of triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG), a contact-separated TENG is used as the research object, and a multichannel switched capacitor array circuit(MSCC) integrating mechanical contacts is designed by using the principle of impedance matching. The output pulse high voltage and low current are converted into low voltage and high current, and the charging and discharging characteristics of the multi-channel MSCC are studied through the experiment. It is concluded that the MSCC can effectively improve the energy conversion efficiency of the TENG.
