Monitoring in the Information and Measurement System for Analyzing the Digital Educational Environment

Digitalization has become a challenge to the educational system and has led to the emergence of a request to create a smart educational environment based on the big data intellectual analysis. The accumulation of various digital data about the subjects of the educational process through information technologies has created unique opportunities for education personalization, which is in demand due to modern conditions of digital transformation of social and economic relations. Individualized (personalized) education is becoming a popular mass demand for all educational levels and is possible based on monitoring tools for digital collection, processing and analysis of big data. The purpose of the study is to identify the monitoring potential in the measurement and information system for analyzing the digital educational environment. Monitoring is considered as a dynamic multifactorial technology for assessing the state of the digital educational environment, supporting the subject of the educational process and making managerial decisions. There are presented data of a monitoring study of students’ opinions on the educational process organization of a distance learning format during the restrictions period due to a new coronarvirus infection spread (N=1864, Novosibirsk). The results obtained show the difficulties of students during online learning.
