Guest Editorial for Selected Papers From ACM-BCB 2019

The papers in this special issue were presented at the ACM Conference on Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, and Health Informatics (ACM-BCB) that was held in Niagara Falls, NY, on September 7-10, 2019. The conference continued the main focus of fostering scientific interactions of important research questions at the interface of computer science, statistics, biology, biomedicine, and health informatics.
