Performance Estimation of Photonic Neural Network Accelerator with Magneto-optical Switch Array

We estimated performance of photonic neural network accelerator with magneto-optical switch array which provides nonvolatile weighting in convolution layer. Power consumption and operation time assuming AlexNet are calculated including modulators and photodetectors.
