Simulating and territorial competitiveness data analysis in the transition to clean energy economy

The purpose of this study is to develop models and methods for management decision making based on predicting the environmental factor. The objectives of this study include: determine the parameters for the development of the environmental factor of competitiveness, develop a model for the environmental factor development using expert assessments, study the analysis of the sensitivity of this factor to the effectiveness of investment projects for further software development using BIG DATA technology. The practical results include improving the quality and timeliness of decision-making on the management of territories based on the model of managing the environmental factor of the competitiveness model.
