Strategical Survey on Static Random Access Memory: A Bibilometric Study

This paper analyzes bibilometrics of articles on Static Random Access Memory, with read and write assist techniques during the period from the year 2011 to 2021. Different Bibliometric analysis methods are used in this study. The articles on this topic are obtained from one of the most popular databases - Scopus. A span of 10 years i.e from the year 2011 to 2021 is considered for this bibilometric analysis. Scopus analyzer facilitates the analysis of the databases with different parameters and facilitates with information regarding articles such as research trends each year,country with more publications,research grants and soon. Analysis is also done by using different other parameters using author and co-author information,citation details,strength of the articles,keywords,organisation of authors,cooccurrences etc. For this analysis Vosviewer Version 1.6.16 is used.
