I. Introduction

Smartphones are an integral part of people's daily lives, thanks to which a fast and reliable connection is made. These devices are used both for work and for entertainment. The time spent with the smartphone is significant and is constantly increasing. There is a lasting trend in reducing the age of users of this type of device. During the COVID-19 pandemic, smartphones and tablets were the main means of conducting business communication and training for adolescents. Another important point is the great variety of entertainment they offer, such as games, chats and surfing in the Internet and etc. Recent studies show that the average time spent with a smartphone has almost doubled in the last few years [1]. The advantages of smartphones are undeniable and they will continue to be actively used in the coming years.
