Simulation Analysis of a New Generation Floor Tile Based on Workbench

Power generation floor tile can convert the kinetic energy of pedestrians and convert it into electric energy, which is a new type of green energy equipment. Firstly, a new type of power generation floor tile with mechanical rectification function is designed, and its basic structure and working principle are introduced. Then, according to the stress characteristics of floor tile, the top plate is statically analyzed by using Workbench. Finally, the modal analysis of the top plate and the bottom plate and their affiliated components is carried out, and the first 6 order modal frequencies and vibration models are obtained to verify the stability of floor tiles. The statics and modal analysis of power generation floor tile provide certain reference for the structure design of power generation floor tile.
