Performance Evaluation of JSON2RDF TransLRS Semantic Solution in SMART EDUCATION by Using CMI-5 Specification

New technologies represent a major opportunity for the massive development of access to knowledge for all at all times of their lives. The gradual expansion of mobile learning has changed the way we learn. With the growing reputation of using mobile devices, mobile learning has become important in learning and teaching in higher education. The LMS provides most of the M-learning services. On the other hand, “Semantic Web Technologies” offers standards because RDF makes it possible to describe Web resources with their metadata, this needs to push the e-Learning community to seek new approaches to improve this interoperability of the online learning system. In this paper, we propose a semantic web solution aimed at transforming declarations from JSON format to RDF format using the JSON-LD mapping mechanism on the LRS system to solve the problem of heterogeneity of e-learning content. Then we will try to evaluate it in terms of efficiency and interoperability performance.
