Development of High-Resolution Electrocardiography for Telemedicine Systems

Main purpose of this study - effective registration of ventricular late potentials (VLPs) within electrocardiosignals’ (ECS) analysis using algorithm based on analysis of ORS-complex’s terminal part. For achieve this purpose following tasks are solved: - Preliminary evaluation of VLPs’ presence or absence by orthogonal leads X, Y and Z using Simson’s method; - Design of algorithm based on analysis of QRS-complex’s trailing edge; - Design of inclusion criterion to evaluate VLP’s presence or absence in ECS within designed algorithm. To realize algorithm with time averaging peak of R-wave in ECS by X orthogonal lead is selected as synchronization point. D

parameter is designed – duration from R-wave’s peak by X lead to filtered QRS-complex’s offset (J-point). Threshold value is determined – 69 ms. Originality: new parameter is designed to evaluate VLP’s presence or absence. Parameter’s threshold value is calculated. Practical significance: results will be useful for ECS analysis block in telemedicine systems.
