Investigation and Simulation the Effect of Nonlinear Amplifier on 16- PAM Modulation

In fact that most power consumption block in high speed wireless communication systems is caused by ingrained nonlinear nature of power amplifiers which effect the transmitted signal. This article introduce the nonlinear power amplifier simulation effect on pulse amplitude modulation (16-PAM) transmitted signal and how it effect the system performance, such a degradation of the Bit Error Rate (BER), an Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) channel are used in simulation model, in order to isolate the impacts in Solid Stat power Amplifier by using Matlab/Simulink environment.
