Application of HALT/ALT in reliability growth test of complex system

For complex systems with high reliability requirements, the maturity and reliability requirements of each component vary greatly, it is difficult to carry out the reliability growth test according to the traditional test idea, which has the problems of cycle, cost or operation implementation. Focusing on the research goal of designing and implementing the reliability growth test of a reconnaissance platform system, this paper puts forward the methods of changing the test object and implementing HALT/ALT test in stages. Through the rapid growth of component, module or extension level reliability, the system reliability growth and reliability evaluation can be realized.
