Research on Evaluation of Standard Influence Based on Complex Network

Standards developed by countries around the world in various industries usually refer to or adopt the existing standards, which can reflect the influence of a certain country, region or international organization to a certain extent. In order to evaluate the influence of standards scientifically, based on the existing standards database, we adopts the Complex Network Model and gives the importance ordering of each node based on this model to systematically study the adoption relationships among standards. By analyzing the the network topology and the AHP-based node importance ranking method, the influence of the standards of 22 participants was evaluated and analyzed, and the results are of great value in advancing research in the field of international standards
