Research on single-phase bidirectional AC/DC converter based on H6 topology

Facing the market environment of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, with the increasing demand for bidirectional charging and discharging module, combined with the advantages of transformerless photovoltaic grid-connected system, a single-phase bidirectional AC/DC converter based on H6 topology is proposed. Firstly, based on the traditional H6 topology, the working principles of rectifier and inverter are analyzed., and the driving modulation method of power switch is given to realize the bidirectional energy flow between power grid and DC bus. Then, aiming at the constant current control mode of grid connected current and battery current, a variable mode control strategy based on the control object is proposed, and the design idea of loop controller is given. Finally, the simulation platform of the proposed converter is built, and the theoretical analysis results are verified. The results show that the converter can not only ensure the quality of grid connected inverter, but also meet the demand of rectifier charging, which provides a modulation method and control strategy for the development of multi port converter based on DC bus.
