Big Data Analysis of Coal-fired Power Plants Emit Colored Plumes from the Chimneys

Solving the problem of colored plume in coal-fired power plants can not only improve the image of power plants and reduce visual pollution, but also help to reduce the emission of air pollutants and meet the increasingly strict environmental protection policies. In this paper, the phenomenon of colored plume occurring in the chimney of a typical coal-fired power plant is taken as an example, and the causes of colored plume are found out through field tests, and the SO3 control technology is briefly introduced to prevent and control the occurrence of colored plume.
