Studying the Relationship “Occupational Health and Safety - Organizational and Management Factors - Efficiency of the Work Processes”

The paper is in the field of the ever-current topic of ensuring occupational health and safety (OHS) among the employees in the organization. The existing dimensions of OHS are revealed, as well as the potential levels to which they can be applied in the organization, according to the organizational and managerial decisions taken in it. It studies the impact of the assurance of occupational health and safety on the efficiency of the work process and the role of these decisions on the achieved results. The emphasis is placed on prevention policy and the pursuit of a better quality of life in the workplace.
