Exploring Extended Reality Extension and Impact of Talent Cultivation in Post-Epidemic Era

We explored the impact of Extended Reality (XR) and talent cultivation in the post-epidemic era. XR is cross-disciplinary and requires different resources to support. With the KJ method, the results of the SmartPLS validated structural model revealed that the combination of remote XR with Qualia improves the design level, exquisite texture, and the design field. The findings and conclusions show a positive impact on customer satisfaction to validate the architecture of Qualia's art of technology-inspired design and have valuable implications for XR designers and talent cultivation.
