Autonomous AI Chat Bot Therapy for Patient with Insomnia

This paper’s endeavor is concentrated primarily aiding insomniacs. The importance of accomplishing the work is critical since insomnia is a common sleep condition that stops people from sleeping and therefore is common in today’s society. Because of its chronic nature, insomnia is connected to a considerable deterioration in an individual’s quality of life. The system is powered via Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning. The goal of this system is to increase the number of encounters with these individuals as they get more sad and anxious. So, essentially, a friendly Chat Bot is created to better understand and treat insomniacs. The algorithm, how it works, and why it has to be implemented are briefly discussed in the paper.
