Spectrum crunch gives scope for further better systems to develop. Communication beyond Wi-Fi-enabled systems is the epicenter of development in this arena. Light Fidelity leads to be the answer to the digital future, which combines radiance and wireless data transmission to expedite the transfer of data across the globe. This review throws light on the evolution, comparison, and challenges of Visible Light Communication. The outcomes of this study give more information to researchers about the research gaps in this field, the limitations, and possible feasible solutions.
