Research on The Construction and Division of Asset Group Based on Value Chain

Firstly, this paper proposes an asset management model based on asset group, which combines power grid assets from the perspective of value chain and business chain integration. Secondly, according to the main characteristics of the company in the management mode and core business, the asset information flow of the power grid company’s value chain is constructed, and the relationship between asset input and output is analyzed. In the end, four asset groups, including high-voltage lines, substations, feeders and stations, are formed which can effectively collect the input-output information of the system.
