An automatic warehouse clearance scheme for bulk cargo unloading in ports

Bulk cargo unloading is often accompanied by the accumulation and surplus of cargo, which in turn causes a series of difficulties in the clearing progress. The current manual clearing method violates the development trend of automation in the port industry and is not conducive to improving the overall economic benefits of the port [1]. We propose an automated clearance scheme and sorts out the internal connections of the scheme in this paper. The application of this scheme can make clearance work get rid of manual operations, shorten clearance time, and improve the efficiency of bulk cargo unloading. The paper first puts forward the overall design of the scheme and then constructs and introduces the three parts of the scheme, including the perception and monitoring system, data processing platform, and clearing robot.
