Morphological investigation of liver and spleen under the influence of static magnetic field: In vivo

The influence of static magnetic field (SMF) on liver and spleen histopathology was instigated in female albino rats. Rats exposed with 1hr, 2hrs, and 6hrs per day in 1-4 weeks in vivo. Organs, liver, and spleen, were collected and examined under optical microscopy. The liver has been affected since 2hrs/day exposure was applied during 1-4 weeks, Kupffer cells density raised. On the other hand, the spleen was influenced due to 2hrs exposure per day and only during 1 week of duration where red pulp and white pulp facial structure varied. Other exposure of SMF did not show an influential effect on the structure of both organs.
