On Stabilization Problem of Magnetic Spacecraft Attitude Control

The theory of reducibility of time-varying systems with control and observation developed by the authors is used to study the problems of satellite attitude control using magnetic moments. It is shown that the proposed approach is also applicable in the case when a more complete model of the geomagnetic field is used in comparison with the traditional model.
