A General Cloud Service Architecture of Smart City Based on Component Assembling

In the information age, managers urgently need to improve their ability to manage cities comprehensively, so building a smart city has become an unstoppable trend. In this process, the cross-industry business collaboration at the municipal level is the difficulty and focus of construction. This paper puts forward the concept of a component-based cloud service architecture for the smart city. It focuses on business reuse and collaboration relationship sorting. It maps the municipal cross-industry business collaboration into the organic combination of several basic concepts such as component, service, and cloud. Because of its loose coupling and flexible application characteristics, the component-based cloud service architecture for the smart city will become one of the common essential capability platforms of the smart city.
