Algorithms for Input Signals Simulation of Complex Systems Synthesized Based on Empirical Data

At all stages of the life cycle of complex systems, especially in the design stages, widely used simulation methods, allowing them to optimize both the algorithm of the system operation and choose «optimal» system parameters for a given algorithm of operation. Synthesis of systems is usually carried out according to simplified models of input information and interfering signals, and then the algorithm and parameters are corrected according to the real records of the input signals. In this case, the conditions for the functioning of the designed system are as close as possible to current working conditions. Empirical records are often insufficient for full testing of the designed system. One of the ways out of such restrictions is synthesis methods and the use of statistical equivalents of real records, allowing to generate sequences of input signals statistically equivalent to the original real signals. With this approach, the researcher receives specific implementations of input signals which do not contradict the experimental results. The paper proposes a method for the synthesis of such sequences of input signals for complex systems, using empirical data, which is the source material for the definition of both the synthesis algorithm itself, as well as its parameters.
