Methods of Modeling Additive Processes of Layer-by-Layer Construction of the Object

The article discusses aspects of process modeling in modern additive manufacturing. Additive technologies and prospects for their application for obtaining products from composite materials. The most popular for obtaining parts of complex configurations are such additive technologies as inkjet printing, layer-by-layer 3D printing by extrusion, three-dimensional printing, the method of layer-by-layer deposition. An analysis of aspects related to control was made. additive manufacturing system and process modeling in the Matlab computer mathematics environment, taking into account the requirements specified in the ASTM regulatory documentation.
