Cyber Security impact on energy systems

The transition of energy sector is key for more renewable sources, but also there a lot of challenges and issues that may rise as challenges. In the article we summarize the types of cyber attacks, as well as options for how to avoid them. Certainly this phenomenon cannot be erased, but with good knowledge the damage from it can be reduced. The purpose of this document is to show that the responsibility for cyber security is common and some of the listed methods can be applied in everyday life to protect ourselves from cyber attacks. The energy sector is taking its place in this digital transformation, which gives opportunities to improve asset management and to prevent vulnerabilities like voltages and human errors.
