The Influence Path of Safety Culture on Pilot's Safety Behavior

Compared with other industries, consequence caused by unsafe behavior of pilots are more serious. Tremendous effort is required to strive towards zero accidents. In order to explore the influence of pilot situation safety culture on pilots' safety behavior and highlight the importance of pilot safety culture construction, relevant research scale is developed to conduct a survey on pilot nationwide. Sample data are obtained from pilot stations nationwide, with 272 valid collected results. After validity and reliability test of the sample data, structural equation model is performed to analyze the relationship between safety culture, safety attitude, safety cognition and pilot safety behavior. The result show that safety culture has a positive impact on pilot's safety behavior; safety attitude and safety cognition have a significant mediating effect between safety culture and safety behavior.
