Research on PIN Photoelectric Non-contact Torque Measurement Device Based on Phase Difference

The quantitative accuracy of measuring shaft torque will directly determine the accuracy of shaft power measurement, and thus the reliability of ship condition monitoring. The research uses Solidworks mechanical design software to design corresponding installation accessories, which suppresses the torsional vibration effect caused by the rotation of the shaft and reduces the non-verticality effect caused by the installation of the photoelectric code disc. Use TINA circuit simulation software to analyze and verify the principle of the PIN photoelectric circuit, and develop the corresponding PIN photoelectric sensor, which speeds up the overall response time of the sensor. The processing of experimental data adopts the no-load average method to correct the torque measurement value to ensure This experiment was carried out on the shafting test platform. By drawing the torque and speed characteristic curve of the test system, the torque and speed characteristic error of the measuring device was analyzed, and the measurement accuracy of the photoelectric non-contact torque measuring device was verified. The experimental error is analyzed, and the reasons for the experimental error are discussed. The experimental results show that the method of combining simulation and experiment can improve the stability of the measuring device. This conclusion can provide a theoretical basis for the design and installation of photoelectric non-contact measurement devices based on phase difference and improve the measurement accuracy of such equipment.
