Designing A DC – DC High Power Boost Converter

DC-DC converters in different coordination can provide high voltagegainas well as high-efficiency. Reverse recovery problems can arise in presence of diode in such circuits. These converters having high gain are of widespread uses along the field in Photovoltaic, fuel cell, and wind energy applications.A Nobel dc-dc circuit of a converter design is introduced in the paper, which provides boosting of voltage as well as higher power at the load side.Due to this property, itcan bemost suitable for applications in renewable energy sources. The verification of the simulation circuit executed by both MATLAB R17 Simulink and PSIM software.Finally, the proposed circuit is experimented in hardware modelalso and the result validatedwith software.Novelty of the converter being Input power, 0.0007 W and output power is 1.9 W.
