Dynamic Bi-level Optimal Planning Method for Microgrid Considering Dispatching Strategy

Aiming at the problem of large-scale power outages during typhoon disasters in a certain area, a dynamic two-level optimization planning method for microgrid considering dispatching strategy is proposed. First, according to the dynamic microgrid system structure and operating characteristics, it proposes indicators including self-balance rate, combined with tie-line power fluctuation rate, renewable energy utilization rate and other indicators; then considers the optimization configuration problem of dynamic microgrid system based on economic dispatching operation strategy Analyzed, established a two-level optimization planning model for microgrid with operating costs and economic performance as the goal, and used the genetic algorithm (GA) mixed integer programming solution software (CPLEX) method to solve the problem, and obtained the optimized solution under the set goals. In this way, the long-term continuous power supply of important loads in the power outage area can be realized, and the guaranteed power supply level of the power grid when a typhoon disaster occurs in a certain area is significantly improved, which is of great significance to the construction of a diversified and highly flexible grid.
