Metrological Tests of Measurement Results of Probabilistic Characteristics of Random Processes

The problem of certification of the results of measurement of probabilistic characteristics in the framework of metrological tests, the purpose of which is to determine the error estimate, is considered. Further verification of probabilistic characteristics is carried out in order to study the reliability of the estimates obtained.
