Cell Optimization and Realization of QCA flip flop

Due to physical limitations in traditional transistor-based CMOS technology confronts as device dimensions shrink, such as in nano scale regimes, ultrathin door oxides, short channel effects, leakage streams, and high control utilization is only a few examples. As a competitor to conventional CMOS-based innovation, Quantum Dot Cellular Automata could be a modern quantum methodology that suggests an entirely discrete computational stage of planning, computerized rationale circuits utilizing quantum specks kept in a potential well to successfully prepare and transfer data at the nano scale. In this paper, we depicted the D, T, JK and SR flip flops. Here, the optimization of cells and the realisation of quantum cells are used for designing of flip flops. The functionality is verified by a QCA Designer tool and parameters such as the how many cells, space, latency and quantum costs are all taken into account. is better in comparison to already existing designs. The energy dissipations were estimated to set on the adaptability of the manufactured flip-flops.
