Automation of Shrink Bundling Machine using PLC in Paper Industry

This task is principally executed in paper industry for packaging reason. The current transfer logic mechanization is supplanted by making automized using PLC. This computerized innovation is executed to increase the speed of the working procedure and is used to improve the efficiency and completing with great unwavering quality in the current technique. This method of automizing with PLC are greatly used in most of the fields. In this project, the paper bundles are packed together with a wrapper made of polyethylene which is used to cover the paper packets. The sheet made of polyethylene is kept stationary and the paper packet is allowed to pass through the polyethylene sheet. Now the paper bundles are covered by the wrappers while it passes over it. When the paper bundles passes heat is produced which is used to stick the polyethylene wrapper over the paper bundle. After the bundling and wrpping process the, paper bundles are dispatched to the next area.
