Improvement of the Magnetic Coupler design for Wireless Inductive Power Transfer

This study examines two cases at the same time. First, in order to increase both electromagnetic energy restraint and coupling efficiency, we propose a significantly smaller magnetic coupler design in space. Furthermore, compared to a standard flat-shaped ferrite core coupler and magnetic shield, this proposed system uses less ferrite. Second, the properties and spatial magnetic field distribution of magnetic couplers with shielding structures are investigated using CNIPR (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) data. The suggested model is also modelled using the Ansys Maxwell finiteelement simulation tool, with the results displayed to demonstrate the efficacy and validity of the proposed design.
