Millimeter Wave Wideband Bandpass Filters Based on LCP Self-packaged Multi-layer Suspended Line

In this report, a self-packaged millimeter-wave reflectionless bandpass filter based on LCP multilayer suspended microstrip structure is proposed, and a bandpass part combining bandstop part is used to realize the nonreflection characteristic. The reflectionless bandpass filter has a center frequency of 36.3GHz, an insertion loss of 0.94dB, and a return loss with attenuation of more than 12dB in the frequency band of 5GHz-70GHz. In addition, a self-packaged wideband millimeter wave bandpass filter based on LCP multilayer suspended coplanar waveguide (CPW) and dielectric resonator is also proposed, which centers at 49.4GHz with a relative bandwidth of 35.9%, and an insertion loss of 1.4dB.
