The Research and Application of Modular Automatic Spray Glaze Line

In the current industrial production, there are artificial spray glaze and special equipment spray glaze. Its shortcomings are poor quality consistency, high risk of occupational diseases and difficult to popularize. Aiming at the current problems, a modular automatic glazing system is proposed. Then the functions and module combination of embryo body positioning module, embryo body delivery module and single robot glazing module are analyzed. Finally, the feasibility of the system is verified by the enterprise application.
