IoT based Industrial Automation for Various Load using ATmega328p Microcontroller

Automation now plays a significant role in human lives. The industrial appliances such as machinery, motors, fans, lights, and air conditioners can be monitored and controlled using Industrial Automation. It also ensures the industries' safety. Industrial automation is expected to save energy and time while reducing human effort. Industrial automation's major goal is to monitor and regulate all industrial appliances while also alerting staff in urgent situations. This paper proposes an industrial automation design using Arduino and the Internet of Things (IOT). The goal of the proposed system is to detect a source of fire in the sector. Also, to control industrial loads such as lights, fans, and so on. The Arduino processor is connected to the industrial equipment, and communication is done over the internet. A webpage can be used to check the status of the appliances. The system has a very low cost. Such a powerful industry automation technology that enables customers to remotely operate industrial appliances and machines has been provided.
