Sub-Terahertz MIMO Array Antenna for Future Wireless Applications

In the era of wireless communication, requirement of wireless devices are increasing rapidly. To fulfil the demand of services like as video conferencing, real time data transmission, internet of things (IOT), high bandwidth and high data rate are required so for the future wireless communication sub-terahertz frequency band is going to play an important role because it provides large bandwidth and high data rate upto 10 Gbps so for the future wireless applications 2×4 MIMO array antenna design is proposed, this design resonates at 0.281 and 0.282 THz as well as for the transmission capability CCL and TARC is also discussed.
