Plane Wave's Spatial Property in Marine Environment

Maritime atmospheric turbulence has been the-oretical investigated, since it can affect optical waves more obviously than it propagate in terrestrial turbulence. In this study, we obtain the new analytical expressions for the phase structure function of plane waves propagating in the anisotropic maritime atmospheric turbulence. Based on these expressions, the formulas of the angle-of-arrival fluctuations of optical waves are derived. The anisotropic parameter, the power law exponent, are considered in the numerical results.
