Exploratary Compilation of Power Generation and Consumption Plans Coordinating Carbon Emissions Peak and Company Development for Power Grid

Based on the actual carbon emissions of the power industry, this article considers the installed capacity, the number of hours of power generation utilization, the balance of power and electricity, the consumption of renewable energy, the cost of electricity purchase, and the carbon emission factor, etc., to build a carbon emission measurement model for the power industry and carbon emissions from the power industry peaking, power supply and demand balance and operating performance optimization model. It takes actual data from Shanghai as an example, introduces planning data such as coal power, gas generators, solar, wind, biomass, hydropower, and nuclear power. According to analysis, the time of carbon emissions peaking for the power industry would be later than the whole society. It is difficult to achieve multiple goals, therefore we put forward suggestions for the preparation of power generation and consumption plans.
