Research and application of on-line performance inspection technology of partial discharge intelligent sensor

With the rapid development of Internet of things technology, it has become an important part of power system construction and an important direction of national development. The core of the Internet of things construction is a large number of intelligent sensors widely used in on-site power equipment to obtain various physical quantity information that can maximally reflect the healthy state of equipment operation. However, it is inevitable that the performance of intelligent sensing devices installed in many sites is uneven. Almost all large, medium and small power equipment need to be tested for safety and quality performance before entering the network for operation. Of course, the sensing system device also needs the traditional method of off-line laboratory verification for various types of live detection and on-line monitoring sensors, It can be tested before the equipment is put into use. However, for the subsequent temporary and periodic verification of a large number of intelligent sensing devices that have been put into operation on site, it is a problem that needs to be considered. The performance of these intelligent sensing devices may be affected by many on-site factors during operation, but this laboratory off-line calibration method is not applicable to on-site on-line calibration.In view of the above problems, this project develops the on-line calibration device of local discharge intelligent sensor by studying the on-line calibration technology of UHF partial discharge intelligent sensor, the reconstruction generation and control technology of typical partial discharge defect signal, and the influence of the on-site layout mode and location of partial discharge intelligent sensor on the capability and range of measurable signal, Realize the on-line detection of the sensitivity, stability, dynamic range and other operation indicators of the on-site installed partial discharge intelligent sensor, so as to ensure that the operation state of the intelligent sensor device in operation is acceptable and controllable.
