Blockchain Technology Based Digital Document Management System Design

The management of construction documents in power grid infrastructure projects is of great significance to the safety of infrastructure projects. Based on the concrete construction process documents in the power grid infrastructure project, this paper studies the use of blockchain technology to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the construction documents in the infrastructure project process, and designs a digital document management system based on blockchain technology. The system uses the chain structure of the blockchain to realize the uploading of files in the whole process of the concrete construction of the power grid infrastructure, completes the distributed storage of files through the IPFS system, designs and writes smart contracts for inquiries by relevant infrastructure units. Finally, based on the 220kV power transmission and transformation project of Meishan Guniushan, the design of the concrete construction document management system was realized, and the authenticity and effectiveness of document management were ensured.
