Research on Electromagnetic Interference Protection of X-ray Detecting Device for Tension Clamp of Transmission Line

The traditional X-ray inspection of the tension clamp of the transmission line requires the power outage to climb the tower. It will be an inevitable trend of future development for live work to gradually replace power failure overhaul. Based on a certain X-ray imaging device, this paper designs an equipotential pulley and bracket structure that is convenient for live installation. It proposes a shielding scheme for the imaging plate and the radiographic machine under near-field conditions, and simulates the shielding effectiveness of the radiographic machine shield. . The results show that: the shielding effectiveness of the shielding cover in each frequency band of 0-1GHz is not less than 70dB, which is higher than the protection requirement of shielding clothing for live working (40-60dB). Using 5GHz WiFi signal and bridge relay to communicate between the online device and the ground terminal can effectively reduce interference and realize the real-time transmission of high-definition image signals.
