Research and Application of Low-Voltage Smart Circuit Breaker for Power Distribution Internet of Things

With the construction of the Power Distribution Internet of Things(PD-IoT), higher requirements are put forward for the intelligentization of low-voltage equipment. As the key equipment of the distribution network, it is important to do research on low-voltage smart circuit breakers. The paper first introduces the positioning of low-voltage smart circuit breakers in PD-IoT, analyzes its characteristics and functional requirements, and proposes four types of typical scenarios. The pilot applicaiton proves that the circuit breaker has good support to the distribution network information perception, digital operation and maintenance, and distributed photovoltaic management.
