Research on Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Park-level Energy Internet Planning Scheme

The scientific evaluation of the energy Internet planning scheme is the basis of the project’s preliminary planning and is related to its operational capability and economic performance. Therefore, a comprehensive evaluation method of park-level energy internet planning scheme was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the factors affecting the economic operation of the park-level energy internet are analyzed, and the comprehensive evaluation index system of the park-level energy internet planning scheme is designed. At the same time, the definition and connotation of each index in the index system are summarized in detail. Then, the standardization and normalization of each indicator are proposed. Further, the entropy method is applied to calculate the weight of each indicator, and the expert weight can be added in the evaluation process. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation value of each planning scheme is obtained. The validity and rationality of the proposed evaluation method have been verified by two practical examples in the case study.
